We closed our Chamak Cosmetics & Chocolates shop in Sugar Land, TX shop in July 2020 because we wanted to expand, had a broader bigger idea and also wanted a space that allowed us to also have our other business, The Transformation Studio in the same location. After 3 years we found the place. The concept will be rolled out in different phases. Its a bit confusing so please click on our new property website logo

Phase 1: 3023 North Main, Stafford, TX 77477, residential-flex space, launching Oct 30th 2021

-This house will temporarily will house Chamak handcrafted cosmetic and chocolate production, services and artistry till our retail side is up. It will permanently house The Transformation Studio (other part of the studio will be on the retail side).

Phase 2: 3027 North Main, Stafford, TX 77477, launching 2022

-This house will be converted to a mixed used micro suite space. Chamak will now have a suite dedicated to just Chamak Cosmetics & Artistry, a separate suite for Chamak Chocolates, another suite for The Transformation Studio, and more!
